Estos Términos y Condiciones (“Términos”) rigen tu uso de la aplicación móvil WePrep App (“la App”), proporcionada por WEPREP, LLC (“nosotros”, “nuestro” o “la Empresa”). Al acceder, descargar o utilizar la App, confirmas que aceptas estar sujeto a estos Términos.

1. Aceptación de los Términos

Al utilizar la App, aceptas estos Términos en su totalidad. Si no estás de acuerdo con ellos, no debes usar la App.

2. Uso de la App

La App está disponible para tu uso personal y no comercial. Debes usarla de acuerdo con todas las leyes y regulaciones aplicables y estas condiciones.

3. Registro y Cuentas

Para ciertas funciones de la App, puede solicitarse que crees una cuenta. Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales y de todas las actividades realizadas con tu cuenta.

4. Propiedad Intelectual

Todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual relacionados con la App, incluyendo textos, gráficos, logos, y software son propiedad de WEPREP, LLC o de sus licenciantes. No se te concede ningún derecho sobre estos contenidos aparte del uso limitado que se describe en estos Términos.

5. Conducta del Usuario

Aceptas no usar la App para:

  • Violar cualquier ley o regulación aplicable.
  • Publicar contenido ilegal, ofensivo o dañino.
  • Intentar dañar, interferir con el funcionamiento o comprometer la seguridad de la App o los sistemas asociados.

5.1 Uso del Contenido y Restricciones de Distribución

El contenido accesible a través de la App —incluyendo, pero no limitado a, cursos, materiales educativos, videos, textos, documentos, gráficos, recursos interactivos y cualquier otro material— es propiedad exclusiva de WEPREP, LLC o de sus licenciantes y está protegido por leyes de propiedad intelectual.

Usted reconoce y acepta que:

  • El acceso concedido a dicho contenido es personal, no transferible y únicamente para uso individual dentro de la App.
  • No está autorizado a reproducir, copiar, distribuir, retransmitir, publicar, poner a disposición pública, sublicenciar, vender, compartir en redes sociales, enseñar, adaptar, transmitir o explotar de cualquier otra forma dicho contenido fuera de la App, ya sea total o parcialmente, sin el consentimiento previo por escrito de la Empresa.
  • Queda expresamente prohibido compartir credenciales de acceso, grabaciones, descargas o cualquier representación del contenido con terceros o mediante plataformas externas a la App.
  • Cualquier uso no autorizado del contenido puede constituir una infracción de los derechos de propiedad intelectual y dará lugar a la suspensión o terminación inmediata de su acceso, además de las acciones legales que correspondan.

Esta sección no limita otros requisitos de conducta del usuario establecidos en estos Términos de servicio ni exime a los usuarios de cumplir con las leyes aplicables.

6. Enlaces a Terceros

La App puede contener enlaces a sitios web o servicios de terceros. No controlamos ni somos responsables de estos sitios o servicios externos, ni de su contenido.

7. Terminación

Podemos suspender o terminar tu acceso a la App en cualquier momento si creemos que has incumplido estos Términos o por cualquier otra razón que consideremos necesaria.

8. Renuncia de Garantías

La App se proporciona “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”. No ofrecemos garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, sobre su funcionamiento o idoneidad para un propósito en particular.

9. Limitación de Responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, la Empresa no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso de la App.

10. Modificaciones a los Términos

Podemos modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. La versión más reciente estará disponible en esta página. El uso continuado de la App después de dichos cambios implica tu aceptación de los mismos.

11. Ley Aplicable y Jurisdicción

Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de EE.UU/ Estado de Florida, sin dar efecto a principios de conflicto de leyes. Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales competentes de el Estado de Florida.

Practice Test & Review Disclaimer

By using the WEPREP, LLC, Test Preparation & Review Course” (hereinafter referred to as the “Course”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Disclaimer and Agreement. Your participation in the Course constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

  • No Formal Education or Accreditation:
    WEPREP, LLC provides exam preparation and review services exclusively. WEPREP, LLC is not a college, university, or educational institution, and does not offer degrees, diplomas, or college credits. The services offered by WEPREP, LLC are limited to exam preparation and do not substitute formal education or accreditation from any recognized educational entity. WePrep Test Preparation Courses are not officially endorsed or supported by any organization
  • Purpose: This Course is designed solely to assist candidates in preparing for National Certification Examinations. The content provided is for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical, legal, or operational advice. Under no circumstances shall WEPREP, LLC, its officers, agents, or any party involved in the creation, production, or distribution of the Course content, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Course.
  • Limitation of Liability: WEPREP, LLC shall not be liable for damages or losses resulting from:
    • Omissions, interruptions, errors, or delays in the operation of the Course.
    • Loss of data, files, or technical issues, including unauthorized access to the Course content.
    • Hardware, software, or internet connectivity issues experienced by participants, whether due to participant error or service provider issues.

    WEPREP, LLC, shall not be held liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of WEPREP, LLC, or its agents.

  • Indemnification: By participating in the Course, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WEPREP, LLC, its affiliates, directors, officers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to your reliance on the Course materials or your participation in the Course.
  • Test Results and Accuracy: The Course includes practice tests intended to familiarize participants with concepts likely to be tested on National Certification Examinations. A high score on these practice tests does not guarantee success on the actual certification exam, and none of the practice test questions will appear verbatim on the certification exam. WEPREP, LLC assumes no responsibility for any dissatisfaction with practice test results or actual exam outcomes.
  • Certification and Eligibility: Participation in the Course does not grant eligibility for any certification or licensure. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to meet the eligibility requirements set by the relevant certifying or licensing bodies. The Course does not provide internships, training, or other experience necessary for certification.
  • No Guarantee of Success: WEPREP, LLC makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees that participants will pass any certification exams as a result of completing the Course. Adequate preparation for certification exams should involve a variety of resources beyond those provided by WEPREP, LLC.
  • Copyright and Intellectual Property: All materials provided in the Course, including but not limited to text, graphics, audio, design, software, and other content, are the exclusive intellectual property of WEPREP, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or recording of any Course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, including termination of access to the Course and pursuit of damages.I understand that uploading or downloading copyrighted works without the authorization of the copyright holder constitutes an infringement of the copyright holder’s exclusive rights to reproduce and distribute the work. Any individual who infringes on a copyrighted work may be liable for statutory damages of up to $30,000 per infringed work. If the copyright holder can prove willful infringement, that amount can increase to as much as $150,000 per infringement. In addition to statutory damages, the infringer may also be responsible for covering the copyright owner’s legal fees in enforcing their rights. Whether or not a particular work is available with the copyright holder’s permission is a factual determination. However, since any original work of authorship fixed in a tangible medium (including digital files) is protected by federal copyright law from the moment of its creation, it is assumed that most works are protected under copyright law unless there is clear evidence to the contrary.
  • Test Results and Feedback: Participants will receive a percentage score for each domain of the test content outline, as well as an overall score. Correct answers to individual questions will not be provided. Feedback on performance, along with recommended study materials, will be provided to help participants identify areas for further study.
  • Refund Policy: The Participant acknowledges and agrees that all programs, courses, digital content, instructional materials, and platform access provided by WEPREP, LLC constitute proprietary services and licensed digital products.No refunds shall be issued once the Participant has received, accessed, activated, or been granted login credentials to any course materials, digital content, learning platform, software, recordings, or educational resources, whether in whole or in part. The issuance of such materials or access shall be deemed use of the Company’s licenses and services, thereby rendering the enrollment final and non-refundable.

    If, and only if, no course materials, digital content, login credentials, or platform access have been delivered or activated, the Participant may submit a written request for a partial refund equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total amount paid, less a non-refundable administrative processing fee of Two Hundred Fifty U.S. Dollars (US$250.00). All refund requests must be submitted exclusively in writing via email to admin@weprep.us. Refund requests submitted by telephone, text message, social media, or any other method shall not be accepted or processed.

    Any refund request is subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of the Company. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original method of payment within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days from the date of formal approval.

  • Charges back: The Participant expressly agrees not to initiate or pursue any chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal through a bank, credit card issuer, payment processor, or third-party platform for any transaction governed by this Enrollment Agreement, except as expressly permitted under this Refund Policy. The Participant acknowledges that initiating a chargeback after receiving course materials or platform access constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.In the event of an unauthorized or improper chargeback, the Company reserves the right to: (a) immediately suspend or terminate access to all services and materials, (b) recover any amounts wrongfully charged back, including administrative fees, chargeback penalties, and collection costs; and(c) pursue all available legal remedies under Florida law.

    This policy is established in accordance with and complies with Florida Statute §501.97 and all applicable Florida laws governing commercial transactions, digital services, and consumer disclosures.

  • System Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring that their computer hardware, software, and internet service meet the technical requirements for accessing the Course. WEPREP, LLC will not issue refunds or be held responsible for technical difficulties resulting from inadequate system compatibility on the participant’s part.
  • Course Access: Access to the Course, including study materials, the question bank, and other resources, is limited to 30 days following the end of the Course. After this period, access will be terminated unless the participant renews their subscription or enters into a new agreement with WEPREP, LLC.
  • Shipping Policy: Participants are solely responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the delivery of the WePrep Box and any other physical study materials.

    Participants located outside the United States are additionally responsible for any international shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, import fees, nationalization costs, or other governmental charges imposed by the destination country. The WEPREP, LLC shall not be responsible or liable for delays, loss, damage, theft, misdelivery, or failure of delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the Participant, or from acts, omissions, or errors of third-party shipping carriers. All risk of loss shall transfer to the Participant upon tender of the shipment to the carrier.

  • Academic Equivalency Services: If the Course includes a bonus for academic equivalency agency services, this offer is contingent upon full payment for the Course. The service applies to one degree or diploma only, is non-transferable, and additional academic recognition or verifications may incur extra charges. This academic equivalency service is offered as a promotional bonus and shall expire ninety (90) days after the official completion date of the Course. The Participant shall irrevocably forfeit the benefit, with no right to extension, refund, substitution, or credit.
  • Non-Transferability of Bonuses and Deliverables: All bonuses, benefits, certificates, or any other deliverables granted by WEPREP, LLC are strictly personal and non-transferable. They may not be assigned, sold, exchanged, or used by third parties under any circumstances.
  • Zero Balance Requirement for Bonus Redemption: To redeem or make use of any bonus or promotional benefit, the participant must maintain a financial balance of zero (0) with WEPREP, LLC. The existence of outstanding payments, interest, or any other debt temporarily suspends eligibility to redeem the bonus until the balance is fully settled. The Participant must maintain a current account status with no late, missed, or delinquent payments in order to be eligible for or continue receiving this benefit. Any late payment, missed installment, or account delinquency shall result in the immediate suspension or forfeiture
  • Bonus Award Conditions: Participation in a course or program does not automatically guarantee the granting of bonuses or benefits. The awarding of such benefits is subject to compliance with the criteria established at the time of enrollment, including timely payments and adherence to the current academic and administrative policies. Failure to comply with these standards, or the accumulation of overdue payments, may result in the partial or total forfeiture of the benefit. 
  • Ownership of Educational Materials (WePrep Box): All materials provided to participants under the WePrep Box program —including tablets, books, electronic devices, software, and other resources— shall remain the exclusive property of WEPREP, LLC during the duration of the course or participation license.
    • Upon completion of the course or expiration of the license period, ownership of the physical materials (excluding non-transferable digital licenses) will be transferred to the participant.
    • In the event of contractual non-compliance, WEPREP, LLC reserves the right to request the return or restitution, in good condition, of any loaned materials, in accordance with Florida Statute §672.401 concerning the transfer of property under goods contracts.
  • Payment Authorization: By signing below, you authorize WEPREP, LLC to charge your credit card or debit your bank account for the total amount of the Course fee according to the payment option you select. You agree to the following terms:
    1. Payments options:
      • A full payment
      • Installment payments on:
        1. Payment No. 1 (Registration day)
        2. Payment No. 2 (Two days previous course starts day)
        3. Payment No. 3, No. 4, No. 5 (payment due at the end of a 30-day billing period)
    2. Authorization of Charges: By selecting the installment plan, you authorize WEPREP, LLC to automatically charge your credit card or debit your bank account in accordance with the installment schedule outlined above. This authorization will remain in effect until the total payment amount is fully paid, or until you cancel the authorization as described below.
    3. Late Payments and Fees: If your payment is declined or you fail to make a payment by the due date, WEPREP, LLC reserves the right to assess a late payment fee of $25 for each missed payment.
    4. Payment Default, Suspension of Services, and Financial Obligations Clause: In the event the Participant enters into default for a period exceeding five (5) calendar days with respect to any scheduled installment or payment obligation, WEPREP, LLC shall be authorized, without the need for prior notice, to immediately and temporarily suspend the Participant’s access to the educational platform, digital materials, instructional sessions, and any related academic resources. Should the default extend beyond thirty (30) calendar days, such suspension shall become permanent, and the Participant shall forfeit all rights to continue the course. This permanent suspension shall not, under any circumstances, constitute a waiver, release, or reduction of the financial obligations previously undertaken by the Participant. Neither temporary nor permanent suspension shall exempt the Participant from the duty to pay the full contractual price of the course, including any outstanding balance due at the time of suspension. Reinstatement of services—applicable only in cases of temporary suspension—shall occur solely upon full satisfaction of the outstanding balance, as duly acknowledged by WEPREP, LLC.
    5. Updating Payment Information: You agree to notify WEPREP, LLC immediately of any changes to your credit card or bank account information, including account number, expiration date, or billing address. Failure to provide updated payment information may result in missed payments and late fees.
    6. Cancellation and Termination: You may cancel this payment authorization at any time by providing written notice to WEPREP, LLC at least 10 days prior to the next scheduled payment. Cancellations must be submitted via email to admin@weprep.us. In case of cancellation after services have been rendered, you remain responsible for the portion of the Course fee corresponding to services provided up to the cancellation date.
    7. Transaction Receipts: You will receive a receipt via email for each successful payment. The charges will appear on your credit card statement or bank account statement as WEPREP, LLC.
    8. Disputed Charges: You agree to notify WEPREP, LLC of any disputed charges within 60 days from the date of the disputed charge. After 60 days, you waive the right to dispute any charges. Disputes must be submitted in writing and include specific details regarding the nature of the dispute.
    9. Compliance with U.S. Laws: By providing your payment information and authorizing the charges, you certify that you are an authorized user of the credit card or bank account provided and that all transactions comply with U.S. law, including but not limited to compliance with banking, credit, and anti-fraud regulations. You further agree that all payment transactions comply with the provisions of U.S. law, including applicable federal and state regulations governing financial transactions, consumer protection, and data privacy.
  • Consent to Recording: By signing below, you consent to the recording of your participation in live classes, including video and audio, for educational or commercial purposes. You agree to keep your camera on during live sessions and understand that recorded sessions will not be provided for later viewing. The recordings will be used only by WEPREP, LLC for legitimate educational or promotional purposes and stored in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
  • Privacy Policy: By participating in the Course, you agree to the terms of WEPREP, LLC’s Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, storage, and protection of your personal information. This policy complies with relevant data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as applicable.
  • Force Majeure: WEPREP, LLC will not be held liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, technical outages, or other unforeseen events.
  • Dispute Resolution and Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or your participation in the Course shall be resolved through binding arbitration, held in Broward County, Florida. If arbitration fails to resolve the issue, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Disclaimer and Guarantee

At WEPREP, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality preparation courses. If you do not pass your certification exam after completing the Course and following all the provided recommendations, you may repeat the Course for free, subject to the following conditions:

  • The Course must be completed in full.
  • The exam must be taken within 90 days of completing the Course.
  • The request to repeat the Course must be made within 12 months of the original Course start date.
  • You must provide official documentation of your exam results showing that you did not pass.

Additional resources, such as new software licenses or materials, may incur extra costs, including the WePrep Box and its shipping. These costs are separate from the free repetition guarantee.

NON-DISCRIMINATION AND ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY - WePrep, LLC

  1. Statement of Principles

    WEPREP, LLC is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all its participants, employees, contractors, instructors, volunteers, and visitors. Under no circumstances will any form of discrimination, harassment, or offensive conduct be tolerated. This Zero Tolerance Policy reflects our commitment to the principles of equality, respect, and human dignity, in accordance with federal laws and the laws of the State of Florida.

  2. Acceptance and Scope

    By participating in any of the courses, activities, or services offered by WePrep, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Non-Discrimination and Zero Tolerance Policy. This obligation applies without exception to all participants, instructors, employees, contractors, and collaborators of the organization.

  3. Prohibition of Discrimination and Harassment

    It is strictly prohibited to discriminate against or harass any person, whether verbally, physically, visually, or in writing, on the basis of:

    • Race or color
    • National or ethnic origin
    • Sex or gender
    • Gender identity or expression
    • Sexual orientation
    • Religion or beliefs
    • Age
    • Marital or family status
    • Physical or mental disability
    • Medical condition
    • Citizenship or immigration status
    • Genetic information
    • Veteran status
    • Any other category protected under federal law (including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the laws of the State of Florida, such as the Florida Civil Rights Act (FCRA).
  4. Application

    This policy applies to all interactions within the WePrep environment, including:

    • In-person or virtual classrooms
    • Written and electronic communications (email, social media, forums)
    • Events, activities, or gatherings organized by WePrep
    • Offices, physical facilities, and any spaces where WePrep operates

    All staff members (employees, instructors, coordinators, directors, etc.) and all participants in our programs are required to comply with this policy.

  5. Definition of Prohibited Conduct

    Examples of unacceptable conduct include, but are not limited to:

    • Offensive comments, jokes, or insinuations based on protected characteristics
    • Use of discriminatory or derogatory language or imagery
    • Intentional exclusion of individuals based on prejuice
    • Unwanted physical contact
    • Intimidation, mocking, or degrading treatment
    • Any form of retaliation for filing a complaint or cooperating in an investigation
  6. Reporting Mechanism

    Anyone who experiences, witnesses, or suspects discriminatory or harassing behavior must report it immediately to WePrep management through the following channels:

    • Direct report to the Course Director or designated Coordinator

    WePrep guarantees that all complaints will be handled with seriousness, confidentiality, and without retaliation against the person who reports in good faith.

  7. Investigation and Consequences

    Any violation of this policy will be investigated promptly and objectively. Consequences may include, depending on the severity of the case:

    • Written Warning
    • Temporary suspension
    • Termination of employment or program participation
    • Notification to relevant authorities if applicable
